Pancakes
Ingredients
- 4 cups prepared pancake mix
- 2 ½ cups Almond Breeze Original Almond Milk
- 4 large eggs
- ¼ cup honey
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg, ground
Instructions
- Mix together all ingredients until blended and just beginning to become smooth.
- Measure out scant ¼ cup and pour onto hot pan.
- Flip when bubbles cover top.
- Cook until golden brown.
- Serve with maple syrup!
